      • Website needs to be moved, will be down for 1-2 days at the end of the month
  • Brainstorm: Hilltop Notes
    • Can we develop an RSS feed for the Hilltop Notes?
      • Cristina: Suggestion to have a point person to check for the content

      • Dr. Kresse will speak to web manager for solutions
      • Pam Fizgibbon will ask the principal of North Park how they do their weekly Friday updates and how they gather their submissions

  • Comedy Night Fundraiser-Pam Fitzgibbons
    • March 21st, doors open at 7pm, show at 8pm, Tix are $25, includes a beverage
    • Email went out to teachers to help at the grade level to create basket items. Some businesses have also donated: Buffalo Sabres, LazerTron, etc.
      • We need a big live auction thing: something like a hotel stay or spa day
    • We need volunteers on the day of the event
  • City Honors Cheerleading Showcase
    • March 22nd 
    • Cheer team needs to borrow PTSCO equipment such as balloons and decorations
  • Class of 2029 (8th Grade)- Tava Shanchuk
    • 7th & 8th Grade Dance – Friday March 7th
      • Delavan Grider Community Center, 877 E Delavan Ave, Buffalo, NY 14215
      • This dance will have a photo booth
      • There are six chaperones, looking for a couple more
      • There were parent complaints that this dance is during Ramadan
    • Sweatshirts are ready to be ordered and printed
      • Should be available in the next 2-3 weeks

  • Students are asking for breaks and infuse fun into the day
    • Discussions of how to do an abbreviated field day
  • Kindness Initiative last month was a success
    • Can the fifth graders be a template for moving forward
      • Mr. Peterson created an online platform where students shared and recognized acts of kindness. Can we use that as an example for the entire school? And add the teachers? 
  • In anticipation of Autism Awareness Month (April)
    • A door decorating competition is in talks
  • Mental Health Awareness Month is May
    • Working on lunchtime activities
